Standard Order of Go: 8:00 a.m.: Registration: 8:30 a.m.: Mare Performance Test: Free Jumping; during free jumping evaluation of the trot in free running; evaluation of conformation and correctness of gaits, if necessary (i.e. for mares doing both MPT and studbook inspection); Inspection of non-Hanoverian Mares, walk ring and awards (incl. non-Hann. mares for inspection from MPT, if any); MPT, under saddle portion; Inspection of Hanoverian Mares, walk ring and awards (including the Hanoverian mares for inspection from the MPT); Lunch; Foal Presentations, followed by branding (last activity of day).

Stabling: 30 permanent stalls, $50.00/night or $45.00/day; $30.00 grounds fee/owner if not stabling. Make checks payable to Sullivan Farm. Payment must be made at time of reservations. No refunds. First bedding (shavings) provided. No additional bedding available for purchase. Must provide own feed and hay. No trailer arrivals after 8:00 p.m. July 21 or prior to 6:00 a.m. July 22 without prior arrangement. Call ahead for arrivals prior to July 21. Other Requirements: Negative Coggins for all horses. Health certificate for all out-of-state horses. Veterinarian: Dr. Steve Carroll, pager-336-631-7275.

Directions: From Winston-Salem, NC: Take Business I-40 East. Exit onto Highway 158 (exit ramp turns into Hwy. 158). Go approximately 5 miles. At light at top of hill turn left onto Darrow Road. Go 1 mile. At light go left on Old Hollow Road/Hwy. 66. Go 1 block to next light (Eckerds will be on your right) and turn right onto Main Street. Clock 4/10 mile and turn right onto Sullivantown Road. Turn is in front of Second Chance Cycles. Farm is one mile on the right.

Facilities: Mare Inspection: 72 x 198 indoor arena with sand footing; Mare Performance Test: Free jumping in indoor arena. No dogs. AHS stabling form & fee required from every participant. $10.00 will be refunded if stall stripped upon departure. Contact host regarding MPT free jumping practice session on July 21 and to arrange for braiding and handling. Host will mail an inspection package to every entrant upon receipt of AHS stabling form, stabling fee and current coggins.
