Standard Order of Go: 8:00 a.m.: Registration: 8:30 a.m.; Mare Performance Test: Free Jumping; during free jumping evaluation of the trot in free running; evaluation of conformation and correctness of gaits, if necessary (i.e. for mares doing both MPT and studbook inspection); Inspection of non-Hanoverian Mares, walk ring and awards (incl. non-Hann. mares for inspection from MPT, if any); MPT, under saddle portion; Inspection of Hanoverian Mares, walk ring and awards (including the Hanoverian mares for inspection from the MPT); Lunch; Foal Presentations, followed by branding (last activity of day).

Stabling: 15 permanent box stalls available on premises, $25.00/stall/night or $20.00/day. No grounds fee if not stabling. Make checks payable to Pepperwood Farm LLC. Payment due upon arrival on grounds. First bedding (shavings) provided. Additional bedding/hay available for purchase on grounds. Other Requirements: Proof of Negative Coggins and health certificate for all horses. Veterinarian on call:  Dr. Fernando Cardenas, 919-363-1686.

Accommodations: Holiday Inn Express (5 mi.) 919-557-2009.
Directions: From I-40 take exit 298A onto 401 South. Turn 10.3 miles on 401 South and take a hard left onto Air Park Road. Take the second road to the right on Dunnallie Road. Farm is at end of road on right.

Facilities: Mare Inspection: Either 135’x 270’ outdoor arena or 100’ x 216’ indoor arena with screenings footing; Mare Performance Test: Free jumping in a chute in the indoor arena, under saddle portion in outdoor arena. Warmup: in the indoor arena with screenings footing.

Other: Although stabling is limited this site will have an unlimited entry. No dogs permitted on grounds. Food will be available, compliments of host. Spectator seating near arena. Extensive parking available on gravel and grass.
