The Hanoverian Sales List is published quarterly as a service to AHS members. The Sales List is mailed to all current AHS members and is also posted for three months on the AHS website at www.hanoverian.org

The American Hanoverian Society’s Sales List is a service to AHS members. Neither the American Hanoverian Society, its Officers, Directors, nor staff assume any liability, legal or otherwise. Inclusion in this list does not constitute endorsement by the AHS. Each horse advertised must have AHS or HV papers, or an AHS Certificate of Pedigree, or have applied for same with the exception of all non-Hanoverian mares who may be advertised if they have been inspected and accepted into the AHS breeding program. The American Hanoverian Society, through its Board of Directors, reserves the right to accept or reject advertisements for this publication at its discretion.

AHS Sales List Deadlines

Deadlines for submitting classified ad copy and payment to the AHS Central Office are:
Spring Issue (2/28) • Summer Issue (5/31) • Fall Issue (8/31) • Winter Issue (11/30)

Available Ad Types:

Text Only Ad: Cost per insertion is $30 for members, $60 for non-members. Revisions to ads once submitted to AHS office are $10.

Premium Ad with Online Photo: Add a photo of your sales horse to the online sales list and your text ad in the magazine will also be highlighted in TONE and accented with RULES. Instantly attract more buyers! Photos appear online only and feature a link to an individual page with an expanded listing of information. Cost per insertion is $50 for AHS members, $100 for non-members.  

Requirements:

Each ad must include only one horse, and must include the asking price, a phone number and state abbreviation. Faxed ads will be accepted with a valid Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date. Text must be limited to no more than 300 characters, including spaces and punctuation. Ads not meeting these guidelines will be edited.

Placing Ads

To order a Sales List ad, please download and complete the Sales List Order Form and submit payment directly to the AHS office.

Digital photos may be submitted as a JPG or TIF file to sandy@thedesignwerks.com.
