Photos that are submitted to the American Hanoverian Society (AHS) for use in its publications or on its website should meet the following requirements:

Photo may be submitted as a glossy print or a high-resolution (300 dpi or 1500 x 2100 pixels or greater) JPEG or TIFF digital file on CD or DVD, or by sending it via email to sandy@thedesignwerks.com. For stallion photos submitted for the AHS Breeders’ Guide, Stallion Book and Mare Book horizontal photos are required, conformation shots are strongly encouraged. An 8″ x 10″ photo is ideal, minimum size accepted is 5″ x 7″. All professional photographs must include an advertising release from the photographer.

If mailing photos or a disc to the address below, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like your items returned.
