Complete for stallions who have been listed in a previous edition of the Stallion Directory. Completed form due October 1st.

  2009 New Stallion Questionnaire
Complete for newly approved, licensed or imported stallions who have NOT been listed in a previous edition of the Stallion Directory. Due October 1st along with an appropriate horizontal photo.

Annual Meeting

The 2010 meeting will take place February 5-7 in Philadelphia, Pa.
More details and registration information on this meeting will be posted on this website in early fall and will also appear in the fall issue of The American Hanoverian.

Awards

AHS Performance Awards Form
For horses competing in the Hunters, Jumpers and Eventing only. Must be completed and returned to the central office by September 30th of each competition year.

Inspection Tour

2009 AHS INSPECTION TOUR ENROLLMENT FORMS
Note: These forms are used to initiate all 2009 foal registrations, including foals not attending an inspection site. In the latter case, check the box with the notation “Registration by Mail.” Registration papers will be issued when all requirements are completed.

  Summer Inspection Tour Enrollment Form
For dates July 30 to August 19, 2009
Entries not received at AHS Office by Friday, July 6, 2009 will be subject to a $30.00 late fee.
Please note that all non-Hanoverian mare pedigrees must be submitted for pre-approval by the Mare and Stallion Committee. Copies of registration papers may be emailed to the office at ahsoffice@aol.com or faxed to (859) 255-8467.


  Fall Inspection Tour Enrollment Form

Jumper Breeding

JBP Criteria and Horse Application
If you believe your mare or stallion is eligible for entry into the Jumper Breeding Program and is not currently listed as approved, please download and carefully complete the following PDF form which lists the specific criteria and forward it to the JBP committee for consideration.

Frozen Semen Insemination Form is not available on the website. Those who need a form please contact the AHS office directly at (859) 255-4141 or ahsoffice@aol.com with the name of the sire and dam.

Training Identification Program:

Hanoverian Training Identification Application 
For application into the Training Identification Program. A current non-AHS member would be required to join as either an Associate or Active member and may do so by checking by the appropriate box on the form.
