Complete for newly approved, licensed or imported stallions who have NOT been listed in a previous edition of the Stallion Directory. Due October 1st along with an appropriate horizontal photo.

AHS Performance Awards Form
For horses competing in the Hunters, Jumpers and Eventing only. Must be completed and returned to the central office by September 30th of each competition year.

2011 AHS INSPECTION TOUR ENROLLMENT AND FOAL REGISTRATION FORMS

Note: These forms are used to initiate all 2011 foal registrations, including foals not attending an inspection site. In the latter case, check the box with the notation “I prefer to register my foal by mail.” Registration papers will be issued when all requirements are completed.

• In order to be eligible, all foals MUST be registered by the end of their yearling year.
• Due to the contractual agreement between the AHS and the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), foal owners are hereby advised that in order to obtain complimentary USEF lifetime recording as part of the AHS’s comprehensive $185.00 registration fee, all registration requirements must be delivered to the AHS central office by December 31 of their weanling year.

  2011 Membership Renewal/Upgrade Form
All persons wishing to present horses or register foals during the 2011 AHS Inspection Tour must be current Active or Life Members.

For dates August 11-21, October 3-22 and November 6 & 7, 2011
August summer entries not postmarked by Monday, July 25, 2011 will be subject to a $30.00 late processing fee.
October fall entries not postmarked by Monday, September 19, 2011 will be subject to a $30.00 late processing fee.
Please note that all non-Hanoverian mare pedigrees must be submitted for pre-approval by the Mare and Stallion Committee. Copies of registration papers may be emailed to the office at ahsoffice@aol.com or faxed to (859) 255-8467.

JBP Criteria and Horse Application
If you believe your mare or stallion is eligible for entry into the Jumper Breeding Program and is not currently listed as approved, please download and carefully complete the following PDF form which lists the specific criteria and forward it to the JBP committee for consideration.

Hanoverian Training Identification Application 
For application into the Training Identification Program. A current non-AHS member would be required to join as either an Associate or Active member and may do so by checking by the appropriate box on the form.
