On July 1, 2011, the head of public relations at the Hannoveraner
Verband, Dr. Enno Hempel, will retire from active work to fully focus on
his job as head of the Pferdeland Niedersachsen GmbH.

The Hannoveraner Verband published its damline information system
"Hannoveraner Stutenstamm" (Hannoveraner Damline) on the Internet last
year. A large quantity of information and data on the Hanoverian breed
can be recalled online with this unique system. And now, the Verband has
made it available in English.

The finishing touches are being given to the Kentucky Horse Park and in a
little under two weeks, the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games will be
underway in Lexington, Ky.
