AHS Website Banner Advertising
Introduction The AHS web site at www.hanoverian.org offers an excellent opportunity for AHS members and board-approved Equestrian Businesses to reach thousands of Hanoverian enthusiasts monthly. As users of our web site access pages across the site, your business's banner advertisement is presented to them in specified locations. A click of the mouse and the user is taken to your business's website. It's that simple! With more than 174,399 visitors in 2006, the AHS web site alone provides an excellent advertising source. Disclaimer: Neither the American Hanoverian Society, its Officers, Directors, nor staff assume any liability, legal or otherwise. Advertising on this website does not constitute endorsement by the AHS. Each horse advertised must have AHS or VhW papers, or an AHS Certificate of Pedigree, or have applied for same with the exception of all non-Hanoverian mares who may be advertised if they have been inspected and accepted into the AHS breeding program.The American Hanoverian Society, through its Board of Directors, reserves the right to accept or reject advertisements for this website at its discretion. All ads placed must comply with material acceptable for all ages. Only current AHS members and board-approved equestrian businesses (those selling services/products to the equestrian community), may advertise on this website.
Banner ads will rotate throughout the site at all times. Views and click throughs are tracked by an ad management system and current individual advertiser statistics are available through a website link as well as a monthly generated report. Your ad will stay in rotation for the specified amount of time, and resume when your contract is renewed. No more than 15 banners (available first come, first serve) will be in a particular size rotation at any time. Ad dimensions and specifications are listed below. Please specify the exact URL you wish to link to when you order. Fill out the Banner Ad Order Form provided below and remit payment directly to the AHS Central Office. Banner ad files in JPG or GIF formats should be sent to unbridledcreative@mac.com. Monitor Your Advertising Data The software used allows you to directly view the results of your advertising efforts by tracking the number of exposures your ads get as well as how many resulted in a click through to your website. So don't just take our word for it...examine the data. GIF or JPEG, animation OK, maximum 40KB. Rich media ads including HTML, Flash and other ad sizes/positions may be available. Effective banner ad design is offered at reasonable rates. Fees start at: $60 for animated GIF, $80 for flash based banners. Contact unbridledcreative@mac.com for more information on banner design. The prices quoted below are monthly prices. There are no additional pay per click or per view fees. (Note: the "Discount Packages" listed below must be prepaid and allow you to rotate your banners as you please). If you choose any of the discount package you will be able to change your banner whenever you have any special announcements. Just provide the URL to your banner and change the banner as frequently as you wish. All Advertising must be paid in advance. Advertising starts upon receipt of the payment for the campaign. Payment should be sent directly to the AHS Central Office. There are four sizes of banners currently available. Submitted banners must conform exactly to one of these dimensions:
