AHS Print Advertising and Publications
The American Hanoverian Society offers a number of publications and advertising opportunities to it's members. A quarterly magazine, The American Hanoverian, and the AHS Annual Breeders' Guide, Stallion Directory and Mare Book are full of valuable information, news, show and inspection results and articles dedicated to the breeding, training and showing of Hanoverians. Advertising rates for both full color and black and white ads and classifieds are very reasonable and provide an excellent opportunity to target the Hanoverian market.

Mailed free to all AHS active and associate members, the quarterly magazine, The American Hanoverian, provides an excellent resource for articles on breeding technology, committee reports, news, show and inspection results, administration reports and much more. The Hanoverian Sales List, a classified section, is provided as a marketing service to AHS members and is also published quarterly on this site.
Starting with the Winter 2003 issue, additional four-color advertising spaces have been made available. Premium positions will continue to be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

The Annual AHS Breeders' Guide, Stallion Directory and Mare Book

Always eagerly anticipated, the Annual AHS Breeders' Guide, Stallion Directory and Mare Book is mailed free to all AHS active members prior to the spring breeding season, and is available for purchase for $18/copy through the Central Office while supplies last.
The 216-page 2007 issue was mailed during the second week in January and contains a comprehensive Breeders' Guide to Hanoverian breeding, AHS registration and licensing procedures, mare and stallion performance testing and inspection, foal registration and more.
The 2007 Stallion Directory section lists pedigrees, scores, photos and breeding information for stallions activated for the 2007 breeding season.
The 2006 Mare Book section contains more than 134 photos and information on the 2006 top inspection mares, new Elite, Elite Mare Candidates and Elite Eligible mares.
In addition, there are more than 24 pages of full color and black and white advertising from some of the top Hanoverian breeding farms and service providers.

Annual AHS Inspection Tour Book
The Annual AHS Inspection Tour book is mailed to all active AHS members each spring and details the upcoming summer and fall inspection tour dates, procedures, specific site information and enrollment and stabling forms.
AHS Member Directory
The AHS Member Directory lists the names and contact information for the AHS membership and is mailed to all AHS members in alternate years.
The Hanoverian and Der Hannoveraner Magazines
In addition to the publications offered directly through the AHS, members may also receive the German Verband's magazine The Hanoverian, a condensed English version of the German Der Hannoveraner, which is also available directly from the VhW through subscription.
