WINNERS are asked to contact the AHS Central Office directly by phone, e-mail or fax to submit your credit card information. Please be patient as the office lines will no doubt be busy. For greater security, submitting the information by phone or fax is suggested. A link to a printable form has been provided below for faxing the information to the office. All auctions must be paid by Visa/MC or with a debit card with the Visa/MC logo on it within 24-hours of the auction close. All payments for the auction bid amount will go to the AHS office.

To submit your payment information by phone, call the AHS Central Office directly at (859) 255-4141 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT. Please be patient as the office received a high volume of calls the day following the auction close.

E-mail

You may submit your payment information via e-mail to ahsoffice@aol.com. Include your name, stallion service(s) won, billing address, valid credit card number and expiration date. For more secure submission, use the phone or fax methods.
